Role Overview RFI is looking to nurture and grow its current online panel. This role will be crucial to further establishing the online panel and contributing to its ongoing success.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Panel Manager to oversee the administration and operation of our research panel and panel providers. The ideal candidate will have a background in market research, panel management, and/or fieldwork management. You will also be comfortable learning new platforms to help grow the panel.
The Panel Manager will report to the Senior Program Director who is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the panel.
Qualifications: Proven experience (3 years) in market research and/or panel management.Strong understanding of the end-to-end process of research sampling and fieldwork management.Experience with sample management platforms.Excellent communication skills.Highly organised with high attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strives for continuous improvement and contributes new ideas.The role responsibilities include: Internal panel management.Reminder & validation calls.Sampling (Email invites, reminders, etc.).Incentive management.Mailbox management.Internal panel development.Development of panel recruitment materials.Planning, development, and coordination of panel engagement initiatives (including quick polls).Supplier management (Quota tracking, invoice management, general day-to-day management of suppliers).Link checking / survey checking.Month-end data validation (deduplication, other standard data quality checks).Coding of opened-ended responses.Benefits: Competitive salary.Great opportunity to work with a global team.25 days annual leave + public holidays + birthday leave + 2 charity days.Flexible working arrangements.Superannuation.Regular employee awards.Learning and development budget to help your professional growth.Monthly social events and breakfast.Perkbox.Loyalty leave.
