Jobs Australia Enterprises – Coffs Harbour NSWAs the PALM Coordinator at Jobs Australia Enterprises, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme, which connects employers in regional Australia with workers from the Pacific and Timor-Leste.This full-time position, based in Coffs Harbour, NSW and surrounds will see you managing the end-to-end coordination of the PALM program, ensuring a seamless experience for both employers and workers.This position will also involve direct marketing of our business and working with employers and employees to further our footprint in the Mid North Coast region of NSW.What you'll be doingLiaising with participating employers to understand their labour needs and matching them with suitable PALM workers.Coordinating the recruitment, mobilisation and arrival of PALM workers, including all necessary administrative and logistical arrangements.Providing ongoing support to PALM workers, including assisting with accommodation, orientation and integration into the local community.Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the PALM program, identifying areas for improvement.Maintaining accurate records and reporting on program outcomes.Collaborating closely with the JAE team and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with the relevant Deed, regulations and policies.Direct Marketing of our business to further our footprint.What we're looking forSignificant experience in employment or workforce management, ideally within the community services or development sector.Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employers, workers and the JAE Team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide culturally sensitive support to workers from diverse backgrounds.Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.A demonstrated understanding of labour mobility programs and regional employment issues.Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate in other relevant languages highly desirable.What we offerA competitive salary and comprehensive NFP benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A supportive and inclusive work environment that values work-life balance.The chance to make a meaningful impact in your local community and contribute to regional development.About usJobs Australia Enterprises is a leading provider of employment services and workforce development solutions in regional Australia.
