Procoat is large enough to handle massive projects, yet retains the characteristic of personal service, normally associated with smaller operations.
This is due to the Director's active participation in operations on a daily basis, a tight team with the same client-focused objectives.
We are seeking a highly skilled PAINTING TRADES PERSON to join our team of professionals on a full-time and permanent basis.
Your duties will include but are not limited to: Understand surface preparation and finishes.Complete works to specifications.Mix to correct ratio two-part paint coatings.Select paints, varnishes, and stains to various surfaces using brushes, sprays, and rollers.Understand the use of Wet Film Thickness Gauges and achieve specified dry film thickness.Work at heights and in confined spaces.Erect scaffolding and ladders.Clean equipment and work areas.To succeed in this role, you will need to have: A focus on quality.Accountability.Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.Strong communication skills.Self-motivated, organised, punctual, and reliable.Great work ethics.Willingness to learn and work in various sites.If you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for this position, please apply now!
