This may lead to more regular shifts after the Christmas season.Inspirations Paint is about giving our customers the right equipment for their project, we're about giving them the confidence and inspiration to make that project awesome. Inspirations Paint is Australia's leading Paint Specialists Franchise Group, servicing both the retail and trade markets.We are offering a casual role, with 15-25 hours rostered per week including regular Saturdays. The successful applicant would be genuinely interested in people and their projects, and in providing an exceptional customer experience to both our retail and trade customers.Award wages and a uniform is supplied, along with ongoing training. Store opening hours are currently 7am-5pm Monday to Friday and between 8.30am-5pm Saturdays.As the paint industry is a specialised industry, we will provide the relevant training to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to undertake the role. Relevant sales experience within the paint industry or with practical home improvement projects is an advantage.Responsibilities include:Tinting and mixing paint, providing colour advice and colour-matchingProviding an exceptional customer experience and expert paint advice for both retail and tradeStore presentation, stock management and housekeepingWorkplace Health & Safety requirementsFollowing the "Inspirations Way" proceduresExperience / Attributes:A demonstrated background in sales and/or customer service would be well regardedKnowledge of the paint industry and paint application highly desirablePractical experience in home improvement projects desirableAble to problem solve using advanced communication skillsA willingness to learn and continuously improveAble to contribute and work in a small team environmentA current driver's licence is essentialHonest, reliable and punctualBasic computer skillsThis role involves some heavy lifting up to 25kgsIf you are an enthusiastic and motivated team player with a can-do attitude, this is your opportunity and we would like to hear from you.
