Offering excellent professional development opportunities, WFH options and work flexibility, no two days look the same in this role.Part-time or Full-time opportunities available.About the Role:As a Senior/Team Leader Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for working with a paediatric caseload of NDIS clients (ages 3-18 years) presenting with neurodiverse conditions such as ASD, ADHD, Early Intervention and Neurodiverse conditions.You will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, creating treatment plans, taking progress notes and implementing purposeful experiences that support children in achieving their goals.You will also need to write regular NDIS progress reports.You will be supporting junior clinicians by providing supervision, offering guidance with challenges in their caseload and feedback on their plans.You will have a reduced billable hour target of 3-4 clients a day to factor in your leadership responsibilities.Benefits:Salary of $95,000 + Super, calculated depending on experience and responsibilities.You will be provided with a travel allowance based on your travel. You can also claim mileage back on tax, and travel is capped to a particular area to minimize a lot of travelling.Be a part of a supportive and nurturing team that looks after its therapists.Bring your experience, ideas and enthusiasm to help shape a growing business that is passionate about client-first focused care.WFH options for admin.Receive tools of the trade: iPhone, Laptop and OT kit.$1000 PD allowance (flexible) to continue to develop your areas of interest.Attend internal training sessions and conferences held by inspirational speakers and leaders in the Occupational Therapy industry.Support:Career progression plan mapped out with management to ensure you are being supported in your career goals.Fortnightly face-to-face meetings in a café to undertake training/team upskilling.Supervision (ad-hoc) with an external provider.Induction program led by the external supervisor for new clinicians to help you learn the ropes, setting you up for success in your role.Working hours catered around your commitments and WFH options for admin.Requirements:Current AHPRA Registration.Unrestricted working rights in Australia.Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.A minimum of 4 years' experience working with paediatric clients.Preference for previous experience working in the NDIS space.Preference for previous experience in a supervisory role with great leadership skills.Own car and unrestricted licence.If you are an experienced Occupational Therapist looking to work with a great team and make a real difference in the lives of children with neurodiverse conditions, we encourage you to apply.
