Offering excellent professional development opportunities, WFH options and work flexibility, no two days look the same in this role.Part-time or Full-time opportunities available.About the Role:As a Senior/Team Leader Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for working with a paediatric caseload of NDIS clients (ages 3-18 years) presenting with neurodiverse conditions such as ASD, ADHD, Early Intervention and Neurodiverse conditions.You will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, creating treatment plans, taking progress notes and implementing purposeful experiences that support children in achieving their goals.You will also need to write regular NDIS progress reports.You will be supporting junior clinicians by providing supervision, offering guidance with challenges in their caseload and feedback on their plans.You will have a reduced billable hour target of 3-4 clients a day to factor in your leadership responsibilities.Benefits:Salary of $95,000 + Super, calculated depending on experience and responsibilities.You will be provided with a travel allowance based on your travel.
