Paediatric Radiology - Staff Specialist

Location: Hunter Region, NSW
Start Date: As soon as possible or February 2025
We are currently scheduling interviews for a Paediatric Radiology Staff Specialist position in the Hunter New England region of NSW. The ideal candidate should hold FRANZCR or be close to completing their fellowship, or should come from a substantially comparable country with college assessment equivalent to Level 4 supervision.
We regret that we are unable to consider International Medical Graduates (IMGs) without this level of assessment.

Job Requirements: Paediatric Radiology – Staff Specialist
Essential Qualifications: Fellowship: Must hold Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR) or be close to finishing fellowship, or be from a substantially comparable country with Level 4 supervision assessment. Medical Registration: Current registration with AHPRA Experience and Skills: Specialization: Demonstrated expertise in paediatric radiology with extensive experience in managing paediatric imaging cases. Skills: Proficiency in advanced paediatric radiological techniques and procedures, with strong diagnostic capabilities. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with multidisciplinary teams and patients. Personal Attributes: Commitment: Dedicated to providing high-quality paediatric radiology services and engaging in ongoing professional development. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Adaptability: Flexible and capable of thriving in a dynamic and supportive regional healthcare setting. Additional Requirements: Availability: Available to start as soon as possible or by February 2025. Residency: Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship preferred, but not required.
