In the role of Property Management Trust Accountant, you will have the following responsibilities:
Manage accounts for over 2700 properties Process all receipting, owner & creditor disbursements Reconcile trust account and prepare End of Month (EOM) reports and processing Finalise lease and charge owner fees Assist property managers with account queries and system questions Liaise with auditors and prepare necessary documents as per legislation requirements. Perform bond reconciliations and ensure compliance with all trust fund regulations. The Person
Previous Trust account experience in Real Estate with a specialisation in Property Management Must have real estate licence Must be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail Immaculate personal presentation is a must Strong administrative skills with great time management Experience in Property Tree highly regarded Apply in Strict Confidence
