Our team is seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes in a high-volume, fast-paced environment ideally within the retail industry. If you're skilled in using large ERP systems and thrive in a busy setting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Requirements for SuccessFollow up on overdue accounts, maintaining professional and courteous communicationProactive collection of payments in line with company policyMonitor and reconcile AR accounts to ensure up-to-date recordsIssuing customer statementsReconciling accountsResolving complex queries and disputesAssist in generating AR reports for managementCommunicating with internal and external points of contactCollaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment queriesFoster positive relationships with clients/customers to facilitate a smooth payment processAd hoc tasks as assigned by managementSkills & ExperienceTo be considered for this position, you will need solid prior experience within an Accounts Receivable and/or debt collection role.
