We don't simply provide a bed and roof; we also offer a unique experience and a safe environment to help students make the most of their studies.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the Scape Finance Team. In this role, you will process rent for our residents, manage the bond process, and contribute to improving reporting and internal control processes. This role is based in our Sydney CBD Head Office, 5 days per week.THE IDEAL CANDIDATEYou will be detail-oriented with the ability to perform the following tasks:More than two years of finance experienceFamiliarity with general ledger systems; experience with NetSuite is desirable but not compulsoryPrevious experience with a room booking system such as PEX or StarRez is advantageousFamiliarity with the bond lodgement process is desirableHigh level of proficiency in MS ExcelMedium level proficiency in other MS Office products – Word, PowerPoint, etc.Strong written and verbal communication skills; all official communication is in EnglishDetail-oriented, efficient, and organizedA self-starter and solutions-focusedConfident in questioning discrepanciesExcellent problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and rectify data collection issuesDependable, enthusiastic, and a team playerPERKS & BENEFITSAt Scape, we are all about creating and sharing good vibes.
