Our client, BM Webb Building Pty Ltd is an equal opportunity employer which is looking for experienced Wall and Tilers to join their team at Bohle, Queensland.Suitable applicants will: • need to be reliable and punctual; • have not less than 3 years' experience as a tiler; • have an eagerness and willingness to learn; • be able to work unsupervised and/or as part of a team; • have attention to detail and take pride in their work; • be the holder of a valid White Card Duties will include the following tasks: • Inspecting and interpreting plans • Laying out work while measuring and marking surfaces • Preparing work areas on floors and walls by removing old tiles, adhesive and grout; filling gaps, crack and holes; and ensuring all surfaces are clean • Applying adhesive to tiles and surfaces before positioning tiles • Making tiles lie flush with corners, edges, pipes and fittings using tile cutting tools • Ensuring all tiles are spaced and aligned correctly • Grouting tiles and cleaning the surface of excess grout once complete • Waterproofing tiles with specialized products and techniques salary for the positions ranges from $37.02-40 AUD per hour.If you are interested in these roles APPLY now.Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
