As a Bid Manager , you will manage and coordinate the entire bid process from tender development to contract execution while fostering strong client relationships.
Additionally, you'll ensure all bids meet compliance standards, mitigate risks, and align with Osmoflo's strategic objectives.
What your day may look like: Lead the end-to-end bid process, including developing and managing bid plans for timely submissions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical, financial, and commercial inputs.
Develop effective sales strategies for bids and ensure alignment with client requirements.
Prepare high-quality, accurate proposals, pricing schedules, and supporting documentation.
Manage client presentations, post-submission clarifications, and contract negotiations.
Oversee the ECI process to ensure deliverables are on time, high-quality, and successfully converted to project contracts.
Conduct win/loss analysis and contribute to continuous improvement in bid processes.
Provide mentorship and training to junior team members and represent the company at industry forums.
Position Requirements: Tertiary degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration.
5–10 years in bid management or similar roles.
Strong understanding of the bid lifecycle, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex bids simultaneously.
Knowledge of the Water Treatment Industry (desirable).
