In this role you will: Design a range of organisational development programs to uplift capabilities across the organisation, and ensure talent is identified, developed, and manage the retention of an engaged and high performing workforce.Implement mobility, resourcing and capability development and processes to generate talent pools and meet the organisation's talent management objectives (e.g. succession planning for critical and specialist roles, intern and student placements, graduate programs, secondments, and other mobilisation programs).Deliver strategic workforce planning tools, including the establishment and adoption of a capability assessment tool and capacity planning process.Develop career planning pathways, coaching, and mentoring programs for role specific and shared competencies.Outline change management plans, with clearly defined objectives, targets, and measures to assess change effectiveness in both a qualitative and quantitative manner.Skills and experience: A relevant tertiary degree or qualifications in change management, human resources, project management, organisational development or equivalent or demonstrated work experience is required.Experience and a record of achievement in the delivery of change initiatives, preferably within Government.Demonstrated knowledge and application of talent management tools, developing, and implementing capability frameworks and expertise in assessment processes.Demonstrated research and analytical skills to anticipate future talent needs, understanding specific industry trends and workforce dynamics.Click the "Apply" button to submit your application.
