We are seeking an Organisational Development Specialist to join the People and Culture team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving and supporting various organisational development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, and wellbeing of our employees, and ensuring our culture meets our future needs.
The position reports to the Manager Employee Experience, and is focussed on initiatives related to employee experience, EVP, wellbeing, culture and engagement.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Drive and support OD initiatives and projects, ensuring successful development, delivery, and implementation, in support of a large culture transformation program of work.
Design and implement employee surveys, analyse data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Leverage employee data to drive organisational effectiveness and performance improvements.
Utilise knowledge of organisational development practices and change management theory to facilitate smooth transitions during periods of change.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality communication output.
Utilise data analytics to communicate stories and solve problems effectively.
Liaise confidently with senior management across the business.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
About you: Demonstrated experience working across OD initiatives and projects in a similar role/environment with a particular focus on EVP and wellbeing.
Experience delivering programs of work relating to culture, engagement, and employee experience.
Project management skills, including the ability to develop, deliver, and implement people projects successfully.
Highly developed communication skills.
Literate in data, analytics, and insights.
Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage diverse work items simultaneously.
3-5 years of relevant experience.
