About the Role Reporting to the Manager – Organisational Development (OD), the OD Specialist will support strategic initiatives of HR and the business with a particular focus relating to values, organisation capability and performance.
With a collaborative and commercial approach, the OD Specialist provides expert advice and hands-on solution design for the successful implementation of programs and practices that build a high performance, future-ready and values led workforce.
The role is responsible for supporting the design bespoke solutions across the full spectrum of OD, including Organisational Change, Diversity and Inclusion, Culture and Engagement, Leadership Development, Talent Management and Performance management.
This is a fixed term 12-month contract position.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE What are we looking for?

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes: Demonstrated experience in leading and developing organisational development initiatives across a medium to large multi-site/global organisation; Experience understanding and developing appropriate tools to measure and strengthen the health of an organisation: including experience in developing and implementing employee engagement surveys and facilitating action; Proven track record in facilitating leadership development programs; Demonstrated strategic planning, project management and organisational skills; Tertiary qualification in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Organisational Development (or equivalent experience) and / or equivalent skills and knowledge with demonstrated experience working in an organisational development consultancy environment; Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); and Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
