Organisational Development Advisor - Diversity and Inclusion CPL - Choice Passion, Life is leading provider of integrated supports and services to people with a disability across Queensland and northern NSW.

Reporting directly to the Organisational Development Manager, the newly created Organisation Development Advisor - Diversity and Inclusion position focuses on developing a powerful culture where every person is valued.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver organisational development projects within our Future Workforce StrategyContribute to developing CPL's Diversity and Inclusion PlanImplement planned diversity and inclusion activities at CPL Group including Reconciliation Action Plan commitmentsCoordinate events that increase diversity and support inclusionSupport change programs to strengthen culture and embed valuesContribute to the development of diversity and inclusion metricsAnalyse and report diversity, capability, culture, engagement and performance management metricsSelection criteria: Qualifications in Organisational psychology or human resourcesHuman resources experience, particularly in learning and development or HR projectsWorking knowledge of employee engagement, organisation culture, capability and development, talent management and diversity and inclusion practicesOrganised with a natural inclination for planning and events managementExperience of managing small- medium projects or events with a pro-active approachCommitted to social impact and enhancing diversity and inclusion of minority groupsExcellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills across diverse stakeholdersBlue card and NDIS worker clearance required to start (we can help)Benefits: Permanent, full-time role in a high growth industry (open to part-time 4 days)Join a leading not-for-profit organisation and give your job purposeBrisbane CBD (close to Central Station)Competitive salary and salary packaging (tax savings approx $5000/yr)Thrive in a supportive and client focused, values based cultureApplications to close by Friday 2nd of August, unless filled prior, thanks!
