Organisational Change Manager

8 + 12 + 12 months, Canberra Barton NV1 Security Clearance required Our client, a top tier Federal Government Department, is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to join their team ASAP.

Deliverables: Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to the ICT Program and align with the overall objectives. Define change objectives and success metrics for the ICT Program. Conduct detailed change impact assessments to identify the potential effects of the implementation of the ICT Program on various business areas and processes. Collaborate with business areas to develop mitigation strategies for any identified risks or challenges. Criteria: Demonstrated capability to scope, plan, lead, and execute change management within the context of IT Security or Digital Transformation programs. Demonstrated capability to apply change management principles, methodologies, and tools when delivering change management. Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs. Demonstrated 7+ years' experience in organisational change management working within a program team.
