You will play a vital role in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation across the organisation.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies across the organisation.Champion the integration of new technology tools and digital processes.Ensure data privacy, compliance, and governance adhere to current regulations.Partner with leadership to cultivate a culture of digital literacy and modernised work practices.Lead initiatives to enhance process efficiency and streamline operations.Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to teams navigating change.Align change management efforts with business objectives and secure stakeholder buy-in.Continuously monitor progress and refine change management strategies as necessary.Essential skills and knowledgeRequirements:To be successful in this team, it is beneficial to have the following experience:OCM experience working within large/complex organisation environments.
