What are you going to do

As the Organisational Change Lead, you will be collaborating closely with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of technology transformation projects, enhancing the management of systems and processes. Your key responsibilities will include developing strategies to modernise work practices, ensuring data compliance, and promoting the adoption of new tools and methodologies.

This role is crucial to the company's digital transformation, empowering teams to embrace new technologies and boost overall efficiency. You will play a vital role in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation across the organisation.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies across the organisation.Champion the integration of new technology tools and digital processes.Ensure data privacy, compliance, and governance adhere to current regulations.Partner with leadership to cultivate a culture of digital literacy and modernised work practices.Lead initiatives to enhance process efficiency and streamline operations.Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to teams navigating change.Align change management efforts with business objectives and secure stakeholder buy-in.Continuously monitor progress and refine change management strategies as necessary. To be successful in this team, it is beneficial to have the following experience:

OCM experience working within large/complex organisation environments. Previous mining experience highly regarded.Experience working in process improvement and IT projects supporting change across business-wide transformations.Ability to influence and engage stakeholders, and work with competing priorities.A high level of self-motivation, initiative, resilience, and commitment to lead and deliver outcomes, and manage change.
