Organisational Change Advisor (12 month fixed term)Join Our Team as an Organisational Change Advisor Are you passionate about driving change and making a meaningful impact? We have an exciting opportunity for an Organisational Change Advisor to join our dynamic team in Brisbane on a 12-month fixed term basis, playing a pivotal role in shaping CS Energy's Future Energy strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage while minimising resistance.Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of change initiatives.Integrate change management activities within project plans.Provide coaching on change management principles and methodology.Assess and report on the effectiveness of change strategies.Promote a positive change culture within CS Energy.What's in it for you Competitive salary and benefits on offer with 12.75% employer superannuation and an annual incentive payment.Hybrid flexible working environment with brand new offices in Fortitude Valley close to the train station.Be part of a supportive and collaborative team.Make a significant impact on our organisation's change initiatives.Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects.About you To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience: Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related discipline (Prosci certification desirable).5 years of generalist experience in HR, Business, or related fields.Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.About us
