1.Revising existing administrative policies and procedures with the aim to ensure the efficiency of the organisation
3. Recording and analysing operational farm regulations, policies and procedures and provide advice for improvement
4. Analysing sales and financial performances to plan for future opportunities
5. Reviewing records and reports to decrease costs and delivery times
6. Communicating with suppliers regarding deliveries, warranty claims and orders
7. Monitoring current tendencies on crops growing process and collect date for analysis
8. Taking part in reviewing new agricultural worker operational farm instruction and procedure manuals
9. Reviewing the efficiency of the use of irrigation and fertilizer systems and their cost performance
10. Ensure timely escalation of issues and risks and their timely reporting to the management
11. Use company's database tools and programming languages to collect and analyse data sets
12. Performing other duties as assigned by management
Our ideal candidate will have: · A degree in finance, business administration, and agriculture with substantial relevant experience
· Experience in working at the agriculture production company
· Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into potential business and technology solutions.
· Initiative and strong creative problem-solving approaches and analytical skills
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills
· Full time working right in Australia
