About the role
As an optical assistant, you will use your exceptional customer service skills to guide our customers through their optical journey.
You will work closely with the optometrist and store team, to assist customers with frame selection, lens selection & measurement, spectacle adjustments & repairs, whilst ensuring the best experience and visual outcomes.
