About the roleARC is looking for a new team member to join our Mackay team branch as an Operator. In this role you will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where we value safety above all else. Within this role we have the scope to accommodate either someone with prior experience looking for further career development or someone that might be looking to break into a new industry/career as we provide full on the job training.This role is fulltime, 38 hours per week + overtime where required. Normal working hours are Mon – Thur 7.30am – 4.00pm and Fri 7.30am – 2.00pm. We value a healthy work/life balance, so overtime is minimised where possible and weekend work is rare.Joining the ARC team provides a valuable chance to acquire hands-on experience in steel processing, pre-fabrication, and distribution.
