You possess the following:Tertiary qualifications in relevant disciplineExperience in leading and supporting a teamExperience in project management methodology and change managementExtensive experience in a service delivery function with a customer-centric focusAbout the opportunityThe Operations Team Leader reports to the Regional Operations Manager and works with the local and regional teams ensuring the GP Training program continues to meet agreed program outcomes.
