Your Role:As the Operations Support Officer, you will provide operational and administrative support to the Regional Director and other members of the Regional Operations team.
Your Responsibility:Identify and respond to needs of members, staff and volunteers by supporting and implementing specific projects and initiatives determined by the Regional Director.Collate information, upkeep and maintain member and volunteer database, analyse data, prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements, to support information flow, ensure compliance and inform decision making.Support members and volunteers to complete relevant pre-engagement checks (National Criminal History check, and where required, Working With Children Check); and in accordance with the organisation's Code of Conduct and Member and Volunteer Charter; and comply with the organisation's Workplace Health and Safety Program.Support delivery of member programs, including Twinning, WE CARE, NILS, Energy Accounts Payment Assistance (EAPA), Emergency Relief Fund (ERF), Drought Relief (where relevant) and other locally based member programs as required.Support delivery of internal communications to members, volunteers and staff across the region.You Will Need:Proven project coordination skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.High level of initiative, enthusiasm, drive and energy.Demonstrated experience providing operational and administrative support in teams working remotely and across various regions.Proven communication and interpersonal skills across a range of mediums.If this sounds like you, don't wait - apply now, we are interviewing applications as we receive them.
