Operations SupervisorLocation: HeathrowBasic: £42,600.00Overtime: AvailableShift Pattern: 4 on 4 off / shift rotationA great opportunity has arisen for an Operations Supervisor for a client in the Heathrow area. Duties will include:Ensuring maximum availability of PSV vehicles and supporting drivers to meet the contractual and commercial requirements of the Company, allocating vehicles and drivers efficiently.Controlling and directing the allocation of PSV vehicles and drivers, ensuring compliance with scheduled, timetabled, and contracted requirements using AVL systems.Liaising with Inspectors and other Depot Supervisors to resolve disruptions and communicate effectively with bus station staff.Addressing passenger/customer complaints in a caring and professional manner.Ensuring that all driving staff perform their duties effectively, adhere to the Company's dress code, comply with drug and alcohol policies, and are informed of service and duty amendments.Ensuring compliance with driver's hours rules and regulations while allocating work efficiently.Actively participating in and promoting health and safety regulations.Ensuring the completion of all relevant documentation within the Operations Guidance Manual and compliance with agreed routing processes and timescales.The successful applicant will possess:Operational experience in the bus and coach industry.Effective people management skills with the ability to supervise staff and make decisions under pressure.An assertive yet approachable demeanor, capable of motivating others.A measure of computer literacy and a working knowledge of driver's hours regulations.A flexible approach, including a willingness to work overtime.A full UK Driving licence is required; possession of a Cat D Licence is an advantage (driver training can be provided).To apply for this role, please send your CV or call Brad at Kemp Recruitment on (phone number removed).#J-18808-Ljbffr
