After 8 successful years as an online-only store, we're growing and about to kick off our retail store footprint journey in Melbourne!To support our growth, we're seeking an enthusiastic, analytical, and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our small but dynamic team in Melbourne.This is a full-time role where you'll provide essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and efficient administrative processes as we continue to grow.About the RoleIn this role, you'll balance both BAU and process improvement projects with the responsibility of managing the purchasing of goods from suppliers, overseeing inventory, maintaining accurate records in our systems, and supporting various operational tasks.On any given day, you willCreate and optimisation operations processes to ensure efficiency across the businessesProcess purchase orders and manage the purchasing of goods from suppliers.Maintain relationships with existing and potential suppliers.Accurately update and maintain our master data sheet with all product information.Manage inventory and conduct regular stocktakes.Handle demand forecasting to ensure smooth supply.Research new beauty trends and products to keep us ahead of the curve.Analyse inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.Provide top-notch customer support when needed.Offer administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders.Perform additional ad-hoc administrative duties as required.What You'll Bring to this RolePrior experience in a similar role, with inventory forecasting and stock managementA strength in analysing trends and using data to optimise stock levels.Excellent communication and organisational skills to coordinate between multiple teams and ensure smooth operational flow.Proficiency with databases and spreadsheets, inventory management systems and maintaining accurate dataAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – some may call you an Excel guruStrong analytical, time management, and problem-solving abilitiesAn impeccable attention to detail and multi-tasking skills – you thrive in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple priorities without missing a beat.Ability to commute to our warehouse in Dandenong, VIC, as needed – you'll play a hands-on role when required to support warehouse operations.Knowledge of supply chain logistics – understanding of how to manage supplier relationships, shipping, and inventory flow.At Nudie Glow, we provide a fantastic opportunity to grow your career within a thriving Australian business.
