Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? Join HESTA as an Operations Reporting Analyst and play a crucial role in shaping our business strategy through data-driven decisions.
As an Operations Reporting Analyst, you'll be the backbone of our business team, responsible for collating and analysing data to generate insights that inform key business decisions. Reporting to the Operations Analytics Lead, you'll work closely with the Member Services Operations (MSO) team, internal stakeholders, and external consultants to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.
In this dynamic role, you'll aggregate operational data from various sources to create comprehensive dashboards and reports, helping the MSO team manage their business-as-usual reporting with precision and accuracy. Your keen analytical skills will be vital in identifying root causes behind volume changes and providing financial and operational modeling support.

About you:
You'll also be a catalyst for process improvement, maintaining MSO precedents and documenting business requirements to streamline operations. Your expertise in Microsoft Power BI, the Microsoft Office suite, and data integrity approaches will be essential in delivering high-quality insights.

If you have experience in the finance or superannuation industry, a knack for resolving data integrity issues, and a talent for presenting complex data in a digestible format, we want to hear from you.
