About the role: Due to a recent promotion we are seeking an Operations/Project Manager who has attention to detail to oversee my clients projects. Experience in the installation of public address/warning systems would be an advantage but not essential.
Key Responsibilities for the role: Oversee the delivery of AV projects from initiation to completion Develop project plans, including technical specifications, timelines, and resource requirements. Develop project plans, including technical specifications, timelines, and resource requirements Lead and mentor a team of 3 technicians/ Installers, providing guidance and support Work closely with project managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs Skills and experience required: Possess people leadership or team management experience Digital Audio systems experience desired not essential Possess a technical background in AV, Events, Electrical, Fire etc. Current driver's Licence Current Operations or Project Management experience is a must Culture: A real strong point - they truly look after their people.
