Operations Officer

An excellent opportunity exists for a suitable individual to join the AAPA Victoria Flight Operations team as a Flight Operations Officer. This position will be based at our Flight Operations Centre located at Ballarat Airport, Victoria.Reporting: This position reports to the Head of Operations.Position Responsibilities:Assist with transport of students to and from the AAPA premises.Daily management of aircraft and instructor sign out/in through Company Software.Assist with monitoring aircraft maintenance.Selection Criteria:Good driving record.MR Licence preferred but not essential.Dangerous Goods handling preferred but not essential.Previous operational experience (not necessarily aviation).Good computer skills (Word, Excel).Previous experience working in a high-pressure environment with limited supervision.Excellent communication and organisational/time management skills.Willingness to adapt to an evolving work environment.Able to work shifts and weekends.Conditions: Wage rates and conditions to be discussed with the successful applicant.To apply: Please forward your application with resume and a covering letter addressing the above criteria to ****** by close of business Thursday 11 January 2024.Rex is an equal opportunity employer.Posted Date: 03 Jan 2024Industry: Procurement, Manufacturing & Transport
