Operations Officer

An excellent opportunity exists for a suitable individual to join the AAPA Victoria Flight Operations team as a Flight Operations Officer.
This position will be based at our Flight Operations Centre located at Ballarat Airport, Victoria.
Reporting:
This position reports to the Head of Operations.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist with transport of students to and from the AAPA premises.
Daily management of aircraft and instructor sign out/in through Company Software.
Assist with monitoring aircraft maintenance.
Selection Criteria:
Good driving record.
MR Licence preferred but not essential.
Dangerous Goods handling preferred but not essential.
Previous operational experience (not necessarily aviation).
Good computer skills (Word, Excel).
Previous experience working in a high-pressure environment with limited supervision.
Excellent communication and organisational/time management skills.
Willingness to adapt to an evolving work environment.
Able to work shifts and weekends.
