This is an exciting opportunity to join WEmpower as the Operations Manager for our growing WEmpower Services division. As Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the smooth and efficient delivery of our innovative healthcare services across regional New South Wales. This full-time position is based in our Port Macquarie office.What you'll be doingOversee the day-to-day operations of WEmpower Services to ensure seamless delivery of our healthcare solutions.Manage and coordinate a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient-centric care.Develop and implement operational strategies to drive continuous improvement and enhance the patient experience.Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization.Collaborate cross-functionally with other divisions to ensure alignment and integration of services.Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies and procedures.Contribute to the overall growth and strategic direction of WEmpower Services.What we're looking forStrong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulations, trends and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make data-driven decisions.Demonstrable experience in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.Proficient in the use of healthcare management software and data analysis tools.Passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centric care.What we offerAt WEmpower, we are committed to fostering a collaborative, inclusive and supportive work environment.
