Programmed Facility Management is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our public housing home improvement/repair contracts based in Port Hedland.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Trade/Maintenance Operations Manager local to Port Hedland or willing to relocate.
What you'll be doing
Responsible for service delivery of Pilbara & Midwest operations Driving a zero harm safety culture to exceed safety targets Business development of new opportunities & growth of existing contracts Development & performance of North West leadership team Operational improvement to augment financial performance Working within the broader WA PFM team Regular travel in the North West Monday-Friday with reasonable overtime What we're looking for
Track record in business/contract management in a hands-on operational role Previous background in facility/building maintenance Tertiary qualifications in leadership/management Trade background in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting desirable Genuine respect for improving the quality of life for residents in remote communities/regional towns Previous experience with public housing works highly regarded Valid Drivers License Local to Port Hedland or open to relocation Police clearance obtained within 6 months or willing to obtain Genuine commitment to safety What we offer
