Operations Manager – Medical Practices / Consumer Directed CareOversee the operational management of Consumer Directed Care and two Medical Practices requiring leadership, operational oversight and delivery of contractual obligations.
Ensure service delivery is appropriate to the needs of clients accessing the services and provide management and appropriate clinical support to ensure that the team provides the highest quality client centred care.

Provide supportive leadership and direction to your team to ensure program outcomes within practice guidelines and funding requirements are met.
Actively monitor and review quality assurance and clinical compliance.
