Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Machine Workshop and Fabrication Workshop. This role requires strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Machine and Fabrication Workshops.
Manage inventory and ordering of materials.
Prioritize workload and ensure efficient workflow.
Operate with minimal supervision and lead the team effectively.

Requirements:

Strong computer skills.
Current Victorian Driver's Licence and ability to drive manual vehicles.
Forklift Licence is advantageous but not essential.
Background in the mining industry is beneficial but not essential.

Additional Information:

Successful candidate will be required to undergo a full medical examination and a drug and alcohol screening.
