Operations Manager

About the role:

ARC is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will be managing the overall operations of the Queanbeyan site while serving as a liaison between the Manufacturing team and other functions of the business.

Key responsibilities:


Manage daytoday activities of the operations team Responsibility for completion of, and adherence to all WH&S commitments Safely lead and motivate a team of 17 direct reports Ensure all processes are running correctly and efficiently Take charge of administrative duties and ad hoc requests Proactively review and implement process improvement initiatives as necessary About your experience:
