Job DescriptionWhat you will do: Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will work closely with each Park Manager within your regional portfolio, to ensure an effective delivery of day to day operations including quality assurance and continuous improvement.
The support you provide to your Park Managers will enable a culture and standard of exceptional customer service, presentation and cleanliness of facilities to maximise positive customer feedback and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, NRMA Parks and Resorts Policies, Procedures, Standards and Operational Plans.
You will also be responsible for managing key client portfolios and financial management, including cost reduction strategies at an operational level.
The role will involve travel to the Parks & Resorts in your portfolio (predominately Victoria).
When not travelling, we offer hybrid work arrangements with the flexibility to work from a nearby Park, NRMA office or home as agreed and required for the role.
What you will bring: Proven leadership/management/operations experienceQuality assurance and continuous improvement experience in business operations and service deliveryFinancial management experience including managing budgets to maximise returnsExperience in working in a multi discipline management modelExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively both verbally and in writingSound organisation skills with the ability to plan and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframesHigh level problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to prepare complex technical advice and recommendationsAbility to train and motivate managers to achieve their contractual obligations in relation to WHSE and complianceAbility to communicate effectively with managers knowing they have varied skills and backgroundsKnowledge & interpretation of caravan park legislation relating to WHSE and complianceExperience in the holiday park/resort/accommodation or hospitality industryWhat's in it for you?
