About the RoleAs the Operations Manager, Health & Wellbeing, you will:
Lead and inspire a team of up to 50 professionals, including Mental Health and Physical Health consultants such as counsellors, social workers, psychologists, and exercise physiologists.Drive operational efficiency by enhancing service delivery, supporting clients funded by schemes such as Workforce Australia (WFA), Disability Employment Services (DES), and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).Collaborate strategically with genU's Business Development teams to identify, plan, and implement new growth opportunities within Health and Wellbeing services.To be successful in this role it is a requirement that you have previous experience with:
Overseeing a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.Implementing initiatives to support clients in connecting with the community and securing meaningful employment.Working closely with internal teams to expand our services and make a positive impact on community health and wellbeing.You will also meet the following essential requirements:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.Current NDIS Working with Children's Check.Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate.Health and Wellbeing TeamOur team oversees Mental health and Physical Health services.
