We are a reputable civil contractor specializing in the delivery of infrastructure, roadworks, bridgeworks, seawalls, and earthworks projects throughout Queensland. With steady growth over the last five years, we are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Project Manager with strong commercial experience to drive the successful delivery of projects and support our strategic business goals.
The Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the operations team and oversee multiple civil projects valued up to $30m. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will shape organisational strategy, from bid selection through to project completion. Based at our North Lakes office with regular site travel, this role provides the opportunity to influence both the success and culture of a growing business.
Key Responsibilities: Manage projects from tender through to practical completionInspire and lead the team to maximize performance and engagementDevelop strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersEnsure on-time, on-budget project delivery to high standardsMaintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental standardsMeet KPI targets for quality, client satisfaction, and financial performanceOptimize project resources, personnel, equipment, and materialsOversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance with the Finance ManagerProvide operational reports to the General ManagerAbout You The ideal candidate will have proven experience in civil project delivery, particularly in infrastructure projects, with a strong commercial acumen and leadership capabilities.
