Operations Manager - Building / Construction

They service all of QLD and NT from their modern, purpose-built premises in Gympie, regional QLD. They provide eco-friendly designed cabins and homes that have at least a 6-star energy efficiency rating. Their buildings are designed to minimise the use of cleaning products, further reducing their environmental impact. 
About The Opportunity Reporting to the  Director  some of your responsibilities will include:
Proactive management of production operations to drive maximum efficiency and resource utilisation Proactive engagement with sales to communicate production capabilities and gaps Implementation and management of effective and well-communicated safety protocols Implementation and improvement of business processes and systems Look after everything from sales handover to despatch of building and assist co-ordination of the site customer experience Execute strategy and lead operations in a way that will allow the MD to focus on growing the business sustainably About You  The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in a similar Operations role Experience in the building/construction industry  Relevant qualifications such as Project Management courses etc (desirable) Strong communication and presentation skills Previous leadership experience Excellent computer skills What's in it for You?
