Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, the following:
Provide exceptional organisational skills, clear direction and task clarity, and manage performance expectations for the operations teamEnsure WHS standards are upheld and managed as per WHS policiesMonitor and manage stock location, stock audits, vehicle movements and workflowEnsure all KPI's are met in line with vehicle sales channel and vendor requirementsCollaborate with various teams to ensure that our common goals are achievedABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
Current/valid Driver's license with ability to drive manual vehicles (essential)Experience in a similar roleSelf-motivated with a hands-on, can-do attitudeAdaptable and flexible in fast-paced environments with attention to detailCompetent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated understanding of WH&S regulationsABOUT PICKLES We're a service company striving to provide a consistent world-class experience and advice for our customers.
