The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong understanding of business processes and have the ability to effectively manage onshore and offshore team members to achieve a high level of customer service.
This role requires a proactive individual who can identify areas for improvement, document processes, complete tasks efficiently and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Responsibilities:Develop and implement administrative procedures, and systems to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.Support administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.Coordinate and oversee various administrative functions, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.Collaborate with department heads to identify administrative needs and provide timely solutions.Oversee the training of new administrative personnel.Maintain accurate records and documentation, including employee records, contracts, and licenses.Oversee the scheduling of jobs and projects.Prepare and send quotes and invoices.Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.On Offer:Join a fast-growing team on a mission to help businesses achieve sustainable growth by providing them with flexible support.
