We play a crucial role in shaping the future of Healthcare in Australia; we offer flexible working arrangements with opportunities to further your career, and we enjoy a working environment where our employees feel valued.Make your next career move one that matters!The Corporate Health Team is looking for an Operations Consultant to work productively & efficiently with the team to ensure a clear understanding of operational requirements enabling the sales discussion and implementation of programs in accordance to client needsIn this role, you will drive performance within the Corporate & Government Solutions Division ensuring smooth completion of operational business requirements through its day-to-day activities (including but not limited to Client Relations, Scheduling, Allocations, Travel, Payroll/Admin, Logistics and Data Reporting.Other key responsibilities include: Provide appropriate feedback from all clients to the broader team.Attend to Reporting Requirements.Coordinate business development activities maintaining a strategic national approach.Perform workflow I process analysis in functional areas, identifying and recommending process improvements to meet business requirements.
