Combine your customer service and organisational skills in the Operations Assistant position at our Muswellbrook store! This part-time position involves supporting stock movement and providing excellent aftercare in the Computers and Communications department. We're seeking a reliable and capable individual to help us thrive!
About the Role
This role assists with general stock related tasks and customer service queries, providing a positive experience for all customers.
Some key tasks will include:
Attend to customer queries and coordinate repairs
Coordinate with suppliers for faulty products
Receipt stock into the store and attend to outstanding purchase orders
Assist with sales as required
About You
We are looking for an organised retail professional who is able to work autonomously and in a team.
Some attributes we are looking for include:
Ability to work in a customer focused, successful retail business
Quick learner, organised with administrative skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
Computer literate with Microsoft Office knowledge
Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
