Operations Administrator

What does the job look like?Linfox's Intermodal business unit is on the lookout for an Operations Administrator to join us at our Chullora location in NSW.In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our operational staff with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.We currently have a 9-month max term opportunity available working Monday to Friday, starting from 8:00am and finishing at 4:00pm.Key Areas: Ensure accurate and timely data entry and processing of Kronos/payroll for our staffAssist with a range of administrative duties as neededOversee the filing and archiving of all essential documentsManage and order office supplies and consumables to keep operations running smoothlyProvide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Are you the one?Previous experience in an administrative or support role within the transport industry is highly desirableExcellent verbal and written communication skills are essentialProficiency in payroll/Kronos/Workforce Dimensions and experience with SAP is essentialStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and ExcelExceptional time management skills are crucial to handle multiple tasks efficientlyA positive attitude and willingness to assist the operations team in all aspects of administration
