Due to our continued growth, we have the opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our team.

The Role The Operations Administrator role involves a blend of administrative duties, customer service, and operational coordination, all aimed at supporting service delivery, scheduling, compliance and overall reporting requirements. Responsibilities include:
Coordinate and book work with clients.Respond to client queries and manage our client services inbox.Maintain accurate records of jobs, customer details, reference numbers, purchase orders, invoices, and payments.Manage service requests and job updates in client portals.Support the management team to collate client reports, internal reports, and responses to information.Set up supplier accounts.Accounts payable and receivable support.Document administrative processes and support training of new team members.
 About You Experienced in an Admin based role.Strong with work management systems. Customer-focused.High attention to detail.Enjoys working in a trade-based industry.Can work autonomously.Great time management .
