The Role: The Operations Administrator is a vital player in boosting the shopping centre's financial performance.
You'll dive into contract management, budget oversight, and daily tasks, all aimed at elevating the centre's look and operations.
Join us and shape an exceptional centre experience!This is an 8-Month Fixed Term Contract.
Your primary responsibilities will include: Organise documentation, inventory, and databases efficiently.
Ensure timely compliance, audits, and reporting.
Uphold safety practices, business standards, and budgets.
Monitor and exceed contractor engagement KPIs.
Build strong relationships with contractors, stakeholders, and teams.
Align the team with customer needs and deliver desired results.
Constantly improve work processes for increased efficiency.
About You: You will be hungry and driven to learn with strong administration experience, preferably in property or real estate (but not essential).
Effective communication and Microsoft Office skills are desired.
