About us We are a privately owned company that is rapidly expanding. We currently have an open vacancy for an Operations Administrator to join our Adelaide facility. 
This is an integral and hands on role within both our Adelaide operation and business as a whole. 
About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, providing essential support to various departments, and enhancing overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Data entry and manifesting.POD management.Branch customer service.Liaison with local staff, customers and receivers.Asset and pallet control.Time sheet management.Operational cost reporting.General administration duties.Ensuring exceptional levels of visibility and service are maintained at all times.Key qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in an administration role, preferably in the logistics or transport industry.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and logistics software systems.Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with drivers, team members, and management.Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies quickly and efficiently.If this role is for you, APPLY now!
