T2 - Senior Estimator - Commercial / Residential Exp Wanted

Role The role pays up to $200 K, depending on experience, but this is flexible; it's entirely about the right person.
Fitting the business and being passionate about your profession is truly what matters.
You will be based in their beautiful office outside the CBD in leafy surroundings.
They'd like you to have a Construction Management degree or other relevant tertiary education, but it is no deal breaker.
Exceptional construction knowledge across many sectors is essential and crucial for success in the position.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills would be required.
It's not a sales estimator role pursued, so you don't need to be an extrovert, but being able to negotiate, deal, and maintain excellent relationships with subcontractors would be a large part of your job position.
Management The only people you'd report to are the business directors.
They are two of the most experienced construction professionals in South Australia in real estate and property development.
Both are responsible for directing, financing, managing, operating, and leading over twenty $20 M—$50 M turn-key projects throughout Adelaide over the past two decades.
Now, they are just passing on the reigns to you to run the estimating department.
