You'll be at the helm of a dedicated team, guiding them to be their best, lifting them up when challenges arise, and setting a tone of excellence and compassion throughout the facility.
What You'll Do Lead by Example: You'll take charge of inducting new care staff, making sure they understand the values and responsibilities that come with serving our elders.
You'll be their guide, their mentor, and their support system as they grow into their roles.Build Relationships: You'll be the bridge between care workers and clinicians, ensuring that teamwork is at the core of everything you do.
Together, you'll provide the stability that's needed for high-quality care.Foster Excellence: You'll help recruit the best care staff, build their skills, and lead with integrity.
You'll ensure they have the tools and training they need to succeed-because when they succeed, your residents thrive.Champion Resident Care: From overseeing care plans to handling complex care situations, you'll be the advocate your residents need, ensuring that every decision made is in their best interest.Drive Continuous Improvement: You won't settle for 'good enough.'
You'll look for ways to improve, to innovate, and to push for the highest standards of care.What You Bring You're a Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration and proven experience in aged care or acute care settings.You know how to lead with heart and build strong, compassionate teams.Your communication skills are top-notch-you know how to connect with residents, families, and staff alike.Most importantly, you care deeply about making a difference and believe that every resident deserves the best possible care.Why You Should Apply This is about more than just a job.
