What does the job look like? As the Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with the warehouse and transport team to ensure time onsite controls are in place while providing regular communication to key stakeholders as issues arise. You will be working with customer service, transport, inventory, and warehouse teams to ensure all delivery opportunities are optimised to maintain a high level of on-time performance and continuous improvement. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate data entry for COR, POD, Billing, payroll, accounts payable and general administrative tasks as they arise. Working alongside leading beverage customers, operating at our Kemps Creek site Monday - Friday between 9-5pm with flexibility as needed. Key areas:
Ensure all KPI reports are produced in an accurate and timely manner.Ensure load planning paperwork pertaining to the delivery of goods is available promptly and correctly.Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and in a timely manner.Assist the pallet controller with the return of pallets to the warehouse.Perform various ad-hoc duties as required to support the team.Are you the one?
